REFUND POLICY

1. The fees paid by the aspirants to the BSDDE Examinations Association for any entrance exams are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever. We are committed to provide the best opportunity on all educational sectors. It’s our top priority that the transactions between us are completely transparent. Since our entrance examinations are available after paid the application form by the aspirants for any course are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever. Therefore, we have “NO REFUND POLICY”.

2.The BSDDE Examinations Association is a best platform for every aspirants to be searching to build their future in maximum sectors and for bright future, we provide best trainer, experience staff, good system & Management .We only do this on your application fees, therefore, we have “NO REFUND POLICY”.

3. 3. BSDDE Examinations Association also reserves the right to exclude the aspirants from the Association for disciplinary offences, for non-payment of fee, or for inadequate attendance or performance, in line with the relevant policies and procedures.

4.We may pursue legal proceedings in relation to non-payment of fees by the student and/or their guardians/parents including but not limited to the proceedings under the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

5. 5. Any concern raised by the Guardians/Parents that our staff or somebody at the branch / Centre or customer care did not inform/guide about the courses and/or about the terms & conditions properly, shall not be entertained by the Institute. It is also an equal responsibility of the parents / guardians of the aspirants to read the terms & conditions thoroughly to enable them to take independent admission decision before making any payment of the fee for admission. The parents / students are free to ask any question or doubts before the admission process. Please be informed that post admission, this kind of complaint or representation shall not be entertained by the Institute nor can be used as an excuse for refund or additional discount.

6. In case the aspirants is not satisfied with the quality and transmission of the classes, the aspirants shall complain about the same with the management and such problem will be rectified with immediate effect.
